金萱烏龍茶


產地：台灣嘉義縣阿里山茶區

類型：烏龍茶

功效：降低膽固醇，有效控制血壓血糖上升，抗氧化

 

 

來自台灣阿里山的金萱茶，尾韻帶有獨特而淡雅的牛奶香氣，近年深受女性年輕族群的喜愛。

「金萱韻」甜而清、口感輕盈圓潤，獨特風味成為金萱茶出眾之處。


金萱是茶樹種的名稱 [台茶12號]，由「硬枝紅心」與「台農8號」兩款茶本育種而成。香氣成分十分複雜，由內酯類、丁二酮、橙花叔醇及芳樟醇氧化物等化合物所構成，造就出獨一無二的奶香與花香。茶葉色澤翠綠有光澤，茶湯呈淡淡金黃色，屬輕烘焙茶類。

 

其中阿里山孕育出的金萱烏龍茶品質尤為優良，質地甘甜潤醇，帶高海拔的高山茶味。由於氣溫濕度與高度適宜，高山環境生長較慢，茶葉膠質較厚，故此苦澀味亦會隨之降低。

沖泡方法：


1.) 水溫需達100度，第一泡50秒倒出即可飲用。

2.) 投茶量大約剛好填滿茶具，大致鋪平茶壺底便可

3.) 第一泡浸泡時間掌握在50秒左右 (後續每泡茶可增加10-20秒)
