「紅烏龍茶」–透過名字就能看出茶葉的特色之處。


台灣本土獨有的紅烏龍茶，結合了紅茶和烏龍茶的加工特點，融合成一款獨一無二的茶品。在茶葉的製作過程中，採用常規烏龍的焙烘而跳過殺青的工序；同時採用紅茶的重發酵方法，延長發酵時間。獨特的加工工序，使這款特色茶口感既有紅茶般的甜韻，又保留烏龍茶的焙茶香。


紅烏龍發酵程度高，茶色橙紅帶淡琥珀色、而且明亮有光澤，在外觀上與紅茶相似但帶有淡淡鳥龍清香。茶質厚重溫和，具有紅茶的甘醇甜味。

紅烏龍帶有特殊的蜜香味，使紅烏龍茶的口感層次豐富，味道醇和。

沖泡方法：

  • 水溫約90-95度，第一泡30-50秒倒出即可飲用
  • 投茶量大約剛好填滿茶具，大致鋪平茶壺底便可
  • 後續每泡茶可增加10-20秒
