產區：台灣南投

類型：綠茶

功效：提神醒腦、去除疲勞、增强脂肪氧化以達致抑制肥胖的功效

產於台灣南投區的碧螺春，採用台灣特有的青心柑仔茶樹，茶樹品種與中國大陸碧螺春茶的差異，使茶湯滋味與眾不同，口感更為滑順醇和。

碧螺春屬於不發酵綠茶，葉片嫩綠明亮。不發酵茶是指茶葉只於採摘後，與空氣進行酵素氧化作用後就馬上殺菁製成的茶葉。相較於其他種類的茶葉，綠茶能夠保存大部分的成份和營養。

碧螺春具有獨特甘甜鮮美的茶香。茶湯色澤翠綠透黃，入口透出淡淡清香，餘甘帶有點點甜味。


沖泡方式：

熱泡

1.）準備杯子和三角茶包

2.）以溫度75到80度左右的熱水沖泡，靜置約3分鐘便可飲用

3.）可反複沖泡 (約3-4 次)，但建議不要長時間浸泡茶包，以免影響味道

 

冷泡

1.）先將三角茶包放入400-600毫升的凍水中

2.）放進雪櫃浸泡約6-8小時後便可飲用 (可按照個人喜口味，增減浸泡的時間)

3.) 如放置室內常溫，浸泡時間可縮短至2-4小時
