If a customer discovers that the product packaging is damaged upon receipt of the goods, they may contact the Company within 7 days to arrange for a product exchange.
When applying for an exchange, the customer must provide the Company with details of the product and the purchase. The Company will verify the situation and confirm whether the application is approved.
If the Company agrees that the customer is entitled to an exchange, but the requested replacement product is out of stock, the Company will refund the relevant amount to the customer.
Lion Rock Tea reserves the right to reject any application if the request is deemed to lack sufficient grounds or is otherwise inappropriate.
